Langkah Politik Ayu Azhari

Amor Real Telenovela - Ayu Azhari Calon Wakil Bupati Sukabumi telah melamar PDIP agar mencalonkan dirinya menjadi Calon Wakil Bupati Sukabumi, untuk masa bakti 2005 - 2010 yang akan datang.Aktris Ayu Azhari memperlihatkan keseriusannya untuk maju pada pilkada Kabupaten Sukabumi, Jawa Barat, yang akan berlangsung Mei 2010. Kamis (24/12) siang, Ayu resmi melamar kepada PDI Perjuangan sebagai bakal calon wakil bupati Sukabumi.

Berkas pendaftaran Ayu Azhari didaftarkan oleh kuasa hukumnya, Secarpiandy, SH ke sekretariat DPC PDI Perjuangan Sukabumi.

Ayu Azhari akan berpasangan dengan bakal calon bupati DR. Hariyanto, seorang praktisi kesehatan di Sukabumi, yang juga Ketua DPC Partai Matahari Bangsa (PMB) setempat.

Menurut kuasa hukumnya, Ayu memilih PDI Perjuangan sebagai kendaraan politik karena azas demokrasi yang digunakan oleh partai bergambar kepala banteng dengan moncong putih itu. Disamping itu PDI Perjuangan juga merupakan partai induk dari koalisi Partai Matahari Bangsa.

"Mbak Ayu sudah mempersiapkan diri menjadi pemimpin," ujar Secarpiandy seraya menambahkan bahwa dengan popularitasnya sebagai artis, Ayu berharap bisa mendulang dukungan dari masyarakat.

Seluruh berkas yang ditulis tangan oleh artis bernama lengkap Khadijah Azhari itu selanjutnya akan diproses sesuai tahapan yang telah ditentukan PDI Perjuangan.

The Beach Culture of Buzios, Brazil

Buzios can be enjoyed year-round, with the most popular time to visit being between September and April, during the Brazilian summer. From May to July, there are numerous beautiful sunny days, but the temperature is a bit cooler and there is a bit of a higher chance of rain. The busiest time in Buzios is around the New Year holiday and of course, Carnival. Carnival, one of the world's biggest and most colorful festivals celebrated every February/March in nearby Rio de Janeiro.

Overall, Buzios is a special destination and should be considered on every Brazilian tour circuit. Along with enjoying all the highlights of Rio de Janeiro, and some far-away Amazon or Pantanal jungle, Buzios will provide the repose that completes a full Brazilian visit.

Video Ramalan Mama Laurent dapat anda saksikan serta lihat di situs yang memuat tentang video ramalan Mama Laurent. Beberapa hari lalu, beredar pesan singkat ke masyarakat yang menyatakan jembatan terpanjang di Bandung akan roboh. Kabarnya ramalan tersebut dikirim oleh Mama Laurent. Pesan singkat atau SMS juga menyebutkan jika ramalan itu tidak terbukti, maka Mama Laurent akan pindah agama.

"Aku kesal mengapa ada yang fitnah aku," sesal Mama Laurent saat ditemui di sebuah rumah sakit di Jatinegara, Jakarta Timur, Sabtu (14/11). Mama Laurent menegaskan SMS itu adalah bohong. "Saya tidak suka dengan hal itu," ungkapnya.

Saat mendapat SMS tersebut, Mama Laurent sedang terbaring di rumah sakit karena penyakit jantung akibat ada cairan antara jantung dan paru-paru. "Buat saya kondisi negara lebih penting dibanding membicarakan hal yang picisan seperti ini," pungkasnya.

Menjelang akhir pekan, SMS ini banyak beredar di beberapa ponsel masyarakat. Bahkan hal tersebut juga dibahas di beberapa blog dan forum di dunia maya.

Building a High Performing Team Culture

Camille Donatacci Grammer. The power of Team Culture is extremely influential on the performance of our Customer Service Team and the quality of Service we deliver to our Customers. Team Culture is THE most important influencer. In Customer Service, our goal is that each of our Customers will receive high quality Customer Service and an experience of us that will exceed their expectations on each and every call to our Organization. Each caller will have a memorable experience that will encourage him or her to return and to buy more.

To achieve this goal, we employ good recruits, train them well and pay a fair wage. Will this, then, ensure that this new Team Member will one day be capable of delivering excellent Customer Service? A better question might be, will the new Team Member even want to TRY to achieve a successful outcome for us and for our Customers?

The Power of Team Culture

The answer to this depends to a small degree on the person themselves. It depends to a much, much larger degree on the nature of the Team in to which they are placed – the Culture of that specific group. Within days of training, the group will be influencing this new person’s thinking. They will talk about their role and their Customers in a way that reflects the beliefs and values of their specific group. ‘These Customers are all stupid – they never listen properly’. ‘Customer’s are always blaming us, and it’s not our fault’. ‘Our products are not good and that’s why Customers are always upset.’

Each of these statements reflect a DIFFERENT type of Team Culture. Each Culture is identifiable and the people within that Culture will behave in a predictable way with their Customers - the Culture will determine the behaviour. In the cases above, each group will behave in a way that will definitely NOT lead to a positive Customer Service experience. For example, a Team that believes that they are the experts and that they are above these really stupid Customers will be aggressive and impatient with their callers. They will not apply skills with their Customers and they will be resistant to any training. This Aggressive Team believes that they are not the issue, it is the Customers who are the problem!

Other casual statements made by Team Members will quickly identify the Submissive Team Culture and the Passive Aggressive Team Culture. The interesting thing about Team Culture is that it is so influential. New recruits quickly believe that the Team’s understanding of the world is true and ‘common sense’. They adopt the beliefs and attitudes that support that specific Team Culture and this drives the norms of behaviour within the Team – what is Ok to do or not do within this group. If we want to change the Team performance – we need to change the BELIEFS.

The Beliefs of a Successful Customer Service Team

A high performing Customer Service Team has a very identifiable Team culture – the Assertive, Customer Focused Culture. They have a set of beliefs, attitudes and norms of behaviour that ENABLES them to perform exceptionally well with their Customers and motivates them to continuously improve. Remember Team Culture comes from the shared beliefs of the Team. We achieve this Assertive, Customer Focused Culture by identifying the desired beliefs, and by constantly building and supporting these beliefs within our Team Culture.

It is possible to change the culture of a Company or simply your own Team. We change the culture by working at changing the beliefs.

The essential beliefs are -

1. This is a GOOD Company – worth working for.

2. What we do as a Company is of VALUE to our customers. (including Exceeding Expectations)

3. Our Customers are important. External are most important. Internal are customers too.

4. We are ALL part of this Company – connected to a shared purpose.

5. Our Team Purpose is important – we have a vital contribution to make to our Shared Purpose.

6. My work has value – I make a difference - what I do is important to the achievement of our Team Shared Purpose.

7. Every Team Member belongs to this Team. Each has responsibility to achieve, to meet Team Leader expectations. Each has responsibility to manage & exceed Customer expectations.

8. Success is good - achievement is good.

9. To succeed we must get better and better – as individuals and as a high performing Team.

10. We are a good Team – and next month / year we will be a BETTER Team.

These beliefs are the key to success in Customer Service. If you are on a Management Team, encourage your Managers to work on improving one belief per month. Use the same method if you are a Team Leader. Get the Team involved by brainstorming HOW we can improve each belief. You will soon reap the benefits in terms of better performance, increased motivation and improved job satisfaction.

Why Golfers Need Rangefinders

Bikini. The recent Bushnell Golf Rangefinder commercial with the slow motion shot of Sergio Garcia hitting a tee shot over water while a Bushnell Rangefinder reticle is targeting the flag, sand trap, and the wooden water embankment in front of the hole is great. It’s a great commercial because it’s about time Bushnell started getting high profile golfers to promote golf equipment that actually help golfers lower their scores. While Titlist, Taylor Made, and the other golf club manufacturers focus on promoting the latest drivers, putters, and gimmicky clubs; rarely does a new club or new putter actually help an average golfer lower his or her score like a rangefinder can. This article lists 3 great reasons why the average golfer (handi-cap of 8 or higher) should always have a good rangefinder in the bag.

Good rangefinders are relatively inexpensive. I say relatively inexpensive because $200 to $400 may seem like a lot of money to spend on another golf gadget. Consider this: most golfers change drivers every three years, and buy new sets of irons every seven years. A $299 Bushnell Pinseeker Rangefinder should hold up for ten years. And for ten years, you get the benefit of accurate distance measurements to flags and other objects on golf courses that will help you play golf holes more intelligently. New drivers can run you anywhere from $200 to $500, while a new set of irons cost anywhere from $400 to $1500. If you do the math, these costs add up and make rangefinders a relatively inexpensive investment over the course of a ten year span. And remember that without a good golf swing, golfing intuition, and hand-eye coordination, those expensive hi-tech clubs won’t help you any more than a Spaulding starter set that goes for $199.

Golf Rangefinders can absolutely lower your score. Average golfers don’t have caddies. USGA rules also do not allow Rangefinders and other electronic measurement devices to be utilized during official tournament play. Sergio’s caddy, however, is allowed to walk the course each morning and pace off distances from the tees to anywhere he wants to and then write them all down. Caddies even use rangefinders to record these distances to save time while they are preparing for an event. By the time a PGA tour event starts, every golfer’s caddy has all distance measurements needed so that both he and the golfer are extremely prepared. In reality, Sergio Garcia wouldn’t even need a rangefinder if they were allowed. The rest of the golfing world (us) barely has time to squeeze in a round or two each week, and if we do-the only preparation we may have time for is studying the scorecard that includes tee yardages and distance measurements to holes, hazards, and dog legs. When we begin play, we rely on yardage markers. When you’re in between markers, however, a rangefinder will give you the exact yardage measurement so that you are not guessing between an 8 iron and 9 iron. It is these precise moments in a golf round where golf rangefinders can make the difference between coming up short and blasting it over the green. These area also the moments that that pars become bogeys, bogeys become double bogeys, etc.

Golf Rangefinders ARE allowed. USGA Rule 14-3 stipulates that under local rules, scores can be posted for rounds played while using a device that measures only distance; but NOT wind speed or ground slope. Take advantage of the rules. Golfing is both beautiful and unique in that imposes character on players by forcing them to be honest by adding penalty strokes and to not improve bad lies, etc. In this case, USGA rules recognize the difficulty that average golfers may have in measuring distances by allowing such instruments to assist them during a round. If the USGA says you are allowed to use golf rangefinders, you should use them. Putting it another way, if your ball ends up in casual water, would you NOT move it to drier ground? Of course not, because everyone knows that USGA rules allow you a free drop to dry ground provided your ball is no closer to hole. Knowing the rules and using them to your advantage is an integral part of golf.

Finally, good golf rangefinders really do work. They accurately range flags, trees, and other targets from up to 1,000 yards away; and to within +/- 1 yard of your targeted objects. They are also easy to use and are small enough to be kept in your pocket. I recommend trying the Bushnell Golf Medalist or the Bushnell Tour V2. Leupold’s Gx-1 and Gx-2 models have also received very good reviews by golfers. For a step up in price and performance, the Bushnell 1500 Pinseeker with up and down slope measurement is a great instrument. And if you and your friends can live with the USGA rule infraction, I recommend it; especially for courses being played for the first time.

Tamara Bleszynki yang tampil bugil setengah telanjang, sekarang bisa kita perkirakan serta kita analisa siapa sebenarnya Tamara Bleszynki yang tidak punya malu tampil setengah bugil dalam film Air Terjun pengantin tersebut.

Film Air Terjun Pengantin menawarkan adegan Tamara Bleszynski yang hanya menggunakan bikini. Takut film ini ditonton anaknya, mantan istri Teuku Rafli ini mengingatkan kalau mau nonton, harus bawa KTP.

"Air Terjun (Pengantin) ini untuk 17 tahun ke atas. Jadi kalau mau nonton, harus bawa KTP," ujar ibunda Rasha ditemui di FX Senayan, Jakarta, Senin 30 November.
Karena sudah ada batasan usia penonton, Tamara tidak khawatir kalau nanti anaknya menonton film ini. Lagipula, untuk menerima peran itu dia memang sangat selektif dalam memilih peran.

"Saya sangat selektif dalam meilih peran untuk berbeda-beda. Seperti sekarang ini dan saya ingin seperti bunglon yang berubah-ubah. Kalaupun berbeda-beda, itu adalah hak setiap orang," papar Tamara.
Keinginannya bermain film ini adalah karena nama besar sang sutradara Rizal Mantovani. Apalagi, dirinya suka tantangan yang membuatnya tidak merasa monoton.

"Saya sudah 15 tahun di karier saya, saya tidak mau terjebak untuk monoton dan saya putuskan 3 pekan karena saya ingin main secara total. Dengan waktu 2 pekan, saya putuskan setuju atau tidak dan saya sudah konsultasikan sama keluarga saya," urai Tamara. (ov)
